Welcome to Café BASSILI delivery terms and conditions! By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding the delivery of your purchase.
Delivery Policy
- Order Processing:
- Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after confirmation.
- Any delays in processing will be communicated via email.
- Shipping Options and Costs:
- Inhouse Shipping by Café BASSILI 3.5$: 2 – 3 Business days
- Toters shipping – Cost set by Toters
- Free Shipping: Available for orders over [$80].
- Delivery Timeframes:
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method selected and the destination.
- Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
- Order Tracking:
- Tracking information will be provided via email once the order is shipped.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring that the provided address is accurate.
- Failed Deliveries:
- If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
- Unclaimed packages returned to us may be subject to restocking fees.
- Delivery Restrictions:
- We currently deliver within Beirut Governate and Mount Lebanon (Metn / Keserwen coastal area within a 25 KM radius).
Return Policy
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Items must be returned within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Seasonal Gift packages.
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at orders@cafebassili.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send the item back.
- Refunds:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method through WHISH within 5 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error we made.
- Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
